How to include a kindergarten or a school?

Very easy. The institution contacts Dinamikom and requests an access, they get an admin user account and start using with our support and instructions.

I am a parent. How do i get involved?

Kindergarten or school that introduced Dinamikom informs parents about the procedure. Parents only need an email address to create the account.

What do i need for use?

A single computer with an internet connection is required to use Dinamikom. Cell phones or tablets can also be used. More users can use the same computer by using their own user accounts.

Dinamikom e-notice board system used by kindergarten Bajka as a virtual noticeboard proved to be an ideal tool for achieving a higher level of cooperation and partnership with parents, as well as it demonstrated that educational institutions are in step with today's modern era in which technology is a way of life. Using Dinamikom, personal contact among subjects in kindergarten has not disappeared, in fact, it is now more concrete, more detailed and more efficient. Although Dinamikom is a modern communication tool and it is very easy to use, its implementation in the everydays work of the institution lasted less than a month. Good sides of e-noticeboard has been recognized by all Dinamikom users, and cooperation with parents without it - is now unimaginable.

Dinamikom is an excellent way of cooperation with parents which is very important part of the service from day one in Čigra kindergarten. It's been reviewed and easy to use, parents have all the information available for 24 hours, and all kindergarten teachers and professional teams are enabled to direct communication with parents, sending notifications, photos… People who designed and are developing Dinamikom are very accommodating, they provide excellent support and are always planning something new and interesting. We started with use of Dinamikom e-noticeboard in Čigra kindergarten 6 months ago. Back then we included 2 educational groups, and as of October we include all 10 groups at our 3 locations. This speaks most about our satisfaction with this kind of cooperation and communication between parents and kindergartens.

Dinamikom is an excellent addition to noticeboard for parents. Information is also reaching those parents who forgot to look at kindergarten noticeboard or have been absent for some time. We don't have necessarily to be "friends" in any social group for everyone to get the right information on time. I thank Dinamikom on technical support because they are always at disposal and service. We are extremely pleased.

We are pleased with the Dinamikom system due to the simplicity of setting notifications, quick photo upload, and easy adding, deleting, and changing groups for individual children. There is also practical group for kindergarten educators i.e. employees. Once we got started, we regularly use the system on a day and week basis. Our parents are also happy with the system, at significant percentage they regularly follow notification. As a non public system (with increased security) it has is a great plus, and we present it to parents just that way (as opposed to Facebook group, which we also have), mostly refering to photos of children in activities.
